I took this class because I wanted to try scenic painting and I thought that it would greatly help me in my pursuit in getting a job in both set design and prop making for commercials, film, and tv. I also like painting in general as I find it to be a very calming, therapeutic, and overall methodical thing do to and that I really enjoy doing, whether it’s for theatre sets or for scratch-built scale buildings on my model train layout.
