And Then There Were None
I would easily put this as my second favorite project out of the entire class. On top of helping paint the marble on the trim of the stage, I also helped with a few touch ups, helping to cover the tiny spots the original wall painters had missed. The marbling was done constantly having different colors on either side of the brush to produce the patches and streaks that are seen in actual marble. There are no photos of me painting the walls as I was on a ladder with a brush and palette in either hand. I had a lot of fun with this and talking with my fellow classmates while I painted. It was really fun to work on an actual set for a play. It was a kind of sad to see it all chopped up in a dumpster about a week later, I almost wish I had taken a piece out of there to save as a neat little memento.
